[li] DO NOT ever, in any way, shape, or form, pick a fight with another tribe, or anyone else in the tribe. It will earn you varying punishment decided by the Stoneteller, Chief Prey-Hunter, and Chief Guard. We are not in the mood to have a bad reputation with other tribes.
[/li][li] All and any living in the Tribe of Booming Thunder are required to show hospitality to all ailing cats, even if they are not from the alike tribe.
[/li][li] Respect all Superiors and Elders; it will do you much justice. Plus, you may even learn something from their wisdom, and perhaps some of it will rub off on you.
[/li][li] Keep the Peace, make friends, and be laid back, stress is not at all considered positive here (lest it be eustress). In short, just have fun, you only live each day once.
Below are in-depth rules that apply to the Tribe's Clockwork.
( Reading is recommended, but not Required. )
c o n c e r n i n g / k i t - m o t h e r s & k i t s
[/li][li] Any female is allowed to breed with a male, but they will have to first ask Orca for permission, and the breeding pair must confront him together when doing so. This is to ensure that no breeding will take place between tribes.
[/li][li] If a female has bred with an outsider before joining, the kit will be accepted as one of the tribe, no complaints may be made to Orca about this rule, and no arguments may be ignited on the topic if you do not agree. If one of the aforementioned happens, you will be punished. So don't be opinionated.
[/li][li] If a kit is born with a deformity of any kind, they will be spared, unless they are suffering, and a kit-mother finds it best that they are killed, and alerts Orca, and one of the Cheif Representatives. If so, the mother may kill her own young, or she may ask someone else to do it for her. However, she will accompany the other in the instance that she may change her mind. Also, she does not have to watch if she does not desire to. A mercy-killing may NOT at all be done with thoughts of vengance or a dark mind.
[/li][li] Kits will stay in the den until they are four moons. They will roam the CAMP ONLY alongside their mothers for one moon (the fifth moon), and begin their To-be training at six moons. During the first five moons, tribal members are expected to support the she-cat and her kit(s) by bringing them prey, and new bedding for dens.
[/li][li] If a she-cat dies during queening, another she-cat, preferably a current kit-mother, is required to to take her place and rear her offspring. If no she-cat replaces the deceased mother, Orca will choose a she-cat that he sees fit for the job.

[/li][li] The Chief Prey-Hunter is in charge of plotting hunting formations and courses. They will also set up teams and dispatch them as they so please, but it must be done sparingly, and on a scheduled basis.
[/li][li] All hunting parties will be set up in groups of, at the most, six cats at a time, and will be dispatched by the Chief Prey-Hunter, or Orca, in a case of abscence.
[/li][li] Teamwork is required on all levels of hunting. Yes, it must be a GROUP effort, where everyone agrees on positions, and targets. Sorry, for any of you hunting show-offs out there. C: Get over it, we like everyone's participation in the tribe.
[/li][li] Hunters should never eat out on the hunt, unless they have not eaten for several weeks and are slowly wilting due to energy deficiency. However, it is the price of being a Hunter; you feed the tribe before yourself at all times. (Kind of Common Sense. xD)
[/li][li] After returning home from a hunt, the pecking order will be: The Stoneteller, Kit-mothers (or kit-mothers to be), kits, and Elders, followed by: Chief Prey-Hunter, Chief Guard, as well as common Hunters and Guards. Thus, they will eat in groups of four each. Every group may only take small scraps, and all leftovers will be given to mothers-to-be in order to keep them fed and well cared for.

[/li][li] The Chief Guard is in charge of plotting guard-post formations and courses. They may give orders and dispatch lesser guards as they so please, but it must be done sparingly, and on a scheduled basis.
[/li][li] The positions are as follows: Patrol, Lookout, and Den-Watch.
Patrol; The most popular type of Guarding, involves pacing the Booming Thunder borders and scouting for potential danger.
Lookout; Involves standing at the top of the Dirt Mound and also looking for potential danger. Is done in shifts as assigned by Orca or the Chief Guard. These shifts also may be relieved by other guards.
Den-Watch; Involves sitting in front of important dens (ie: The Nursery) for a long period of time, especially during the night, in order to protect the defenseless. Positions for this will change every sunup and sundown.
m i s c e l l a n e o u s
[/li][li] Do not go outside the borders unless you have permission from Orca, he does not want his members to risk death unless he understands that it is completely nescessary.
[/li][li] Mentors of To-bes will NEVER be the parents, Biological or Foster.
[/li][li] If there is a lack in Hunters or Guards to Mentor To-bes, A Stoneteller, Chief Prey-Hunter, or Chief Guard may have take on the responsibility.
[/li][li] The killing of kits and other members is strictly FORBIDDEN. The Tribe of Booming Thunder should never be known for a bloodthirsty outlook on new life, or anything for that matter. If you are caught committing such deeds you will be banished without question.
[/li][li] The tribe may take prisoners, but they will be treated as equals unless they have committed terrible acts that do not deserve kind treatment as such.
